Wanted to share this information about Brandon and Brian. When I first listed my house I listed with a local agent and that agent messed things up so bad that I fired them in one week. To start with they priced my home below market value and was insistent that I not go higher. The first day it was on the market I had three people look at the house they all were interested in making offers…. including full price cash offers. The agent managed to piss off everybody and their agents so bad that their brokers called me directly. She was playing games, doing things without consulting with me and trying to create a bidding war. Well, one of the brokers that called me was Brandon and we had some pretty good discussions about how this should have gone. I lost his client as well as the others due my listing agents antics. So when I decided to relist the house I called him. I paid him a flat fee to list the house and agreed to a very modest commission on the closing. Throughout the process Brandon and his team were just a phone call away. They did exactly what I expected them to do and what I wanted them to do. No BS no games, just straight forward business done correctly and efficiently. I could not be happier with the outcome. I was home to meet with each prospective buyer and their agents and to answer any questions for them and I was fine with doing that. Brandon and Brian were a phone call away for me at any need I had and took care of it promptly.
For me it was not about how much I sold the house for as much as it was what I put in my pocket. I would have had to sell my house for a lot more to net what I did. I saved a lot of money and so did the buyer.
This was a win/win. I highly recommend Yager realty. Thanks Brandon and team!!!!"
I found Yager Realty when I searched online for reasonable/flat fee commission. I had created virtual tour of my house, and didn’t mind showing my own house, to reduce commission.
After talking with Brandon, the owner, I decided to list my house with Yager Realty. Brandon knows about house prices in the Bay area, even though he is not local.
It was easy to deal with each one at Yager (Brian, Connie, Debbie), they were very helpful knowledgeable, and accommodating. It was my first time selling a house, so I had a lot of questions. As they are not local, initially I had some reservation, but I didn’t encounter any major problem. My house was listed in MLS within few hours. We communicated through e-mails, documents were signed using DocuSign.
The house was sold over asking price, and I saved thousands of dollars in commission.
I highly recommend Brandon and his awesome team."
Yager Realty saved me $30K in traditional 6% commissions and only charged me .75% when I sold the home. I happen to bring the buyer to the table so there were no buyer agents involved. If a buyer agent would be involved then it would have 3-1/2% ($19K in commissions)- still a a savings of 11K. I tried the FSBO route myself for a good month and almost listed with a traditional agent as I was hesitant to list my home with a realtor that was located in other county 130 miles away. When I researched that only a minor percentage of listing agents actually sell your home (most come from buyer agents), I gave Yager Realty a shot. The home was vacant and I did receive 2 offers within a 45 day period before I sold my home to a work friend of mine. It was a pleasure doing business with Yager Realty, Thank You Guys!"
I had an opportunity to use "Yager Realty of California". The "choice" to use Brandon Yager and his team or not is a no brainer. Who doesn’t want to save thousands of dollars and still have professional representation? If that isn’t you, then this company and concept of keeping dollars in your pocket may not work for you. On the other hand, if you too can truly see this for what it is… only an upside then don’t hesitate. They will do what they say they will do! My home sold in a short time frame! Dr. Wharton"
